                                                      ill admit I’m completely and utterly addicted to coffee. It’s not just a drink it’s my lifeline, my fuel, my reason for getting out of bed in the morning. I can c onsider sharing workout routine and wellness tips. I like to help other achieve their goals like how i achieve in mine when i first started to workout. starting off was pretty difficult specially working out by myself. so here are my routine that ive started off specially to a beginner. some of my workout routine is workout 5 days in the week.  Sample Weekly Workout Plan: Monday: Strength Training (Upper Body) + 20 min Cardio Tuesday: Strength Training (Lower Body) + Mobility Work Wednesday: HIIT Cardio + Core Workout Thursday: Active Recovery (Yoga or Light Walk) Friday: Strength Training (Full Body) Saturday: Long-Distance Cardio Sunday: Rest or Light Activity Staying fit and healthy requires a well-rounded workout routine that targets different muscle groups and improves overall endurance.
