Entry #2 My coffee obsession

ill admit I’m completely and utterly addicted to coffee. It’s not just a drink it’s my lifeline, my fuel, my reason for getting out of bed in the morning. Whether you’re someone who enjoys a casual cup or you’re like me, guzzling caffeine like it’s oxygen, understanding more about coffee can make every sip even better.

Starting off about my coffee obessesion its actually really bad. Why, because i would go to different coffee shops and compare them to other coffee shops to see which ones are the best so next time i can decide on which coffee taste the best. Its not like i drink coffee every hour its mainly everyday. Here are some my opinion of many different type of coffee that has been made the best way possible. Arabica Smooth, slightly sweet, with a hint of acidity. Robusta Strong, bold, and packed with caffeine. Liberica fruity and floral, with a distinctive aroma. Excelsa Tart and complex, usually blended for extra depth. These are the different types of coffee that makes it taste so smooth and my opinion of my type of coffee.

Coffee lovers around the world have their own traditions, and I want to experience them all. In Italy, espresso is an all day affair, but cappuccinos are strictly a morning thing challenge accepted. In Turkey, they serve thick, unfiltered coffee with sweet treats, which sounds like heaven. Ethiopia is home to the traditional coffee ceremony a must experience for coffee addicts like me. Japan is all about precise pour over techniques and artistic presentation, but I’d probably still drink it way too fast.

Once you dive into the world of coffee, you’ll never look at your daily cup the same way again. Whether you’re all about strong espresso shots or a smooth cold brew, there’s always something new to discover.

  2. Hi Keolas! While I don't drink coffee myself (Energy drinks are for me) I can relate to you loving coffee because my mom is also a coffee addict. Whenever we go on a vacation she walks to a different coffee shop to try their signature coffees so in the future she knows which one she will like. Love the photos of the different coffees
