I can consider sharing workout routine and wellness tips. I like to help other achieve their goals like how i achieve in mine when i first started to workout. starting off was pretty difficult specially working out by myself. so here are my routine that ive started off specially to a beginner.

some of my workout routine is workout 5 days in the week.

Sample Weekly Workout Plan:

  • Monday: Strength Training (Upper Body) + 20 min Cardio

  • Tuesday: Strength Training (Lower Body) + Mobility Work

  • Wednesday: HIIT Cardio + Core Workout

  • Thursday: Active Recovery (Yoga or Light Walk)

  • Friday: Strength Training (Full Body)

  • Saturday: Long-Distance Cardio

Staying fit and healthy requires a well-rounded workout routine that targets different muscle groups and improves overall endurance. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, structuring your workouts effectively can maximize your results.

 Strength Training

Strength training is essential for building muscle and increasing metabolism. Aim to include weightlifting exercises at least 3-4 times per week, focusing on different muscle groups each session:

  • Upper Body (Chest, Back, Shoulders, Arms)

  • Lower Body (Legs, Glutes, Calves)

  • Core (Abdominals, Obliques, Lower Back)

Flexibility and Mobility

Incorporating stretching and mobility work into your routine helps prevent injuries and improve range of motion.

  • Dynamic Stretching before workouts to warm up.

  • Static Stretching post-workout for muscle recovery.

  • Yoga or Pilates for overall flexibility and balance.

these elements into your fitness routine, you'll be on the path to a healthier, stronger, and more balanced body. Keep challenging yourself, listen to your body, and enjoy the journey!
