I can consider sharing workout routine and wellness tips. I like to help other achieve their goals like how i achieve in mine when i first started to workout. starting off was pretty difficult specially working out by myself. so here are my routine that ive started off specially to a beginner.
Sample Weekly Workout Plan:
Monday: Strength Training (Upper Body) + 20 min Cardio
Tuesday: Strength Training (Lower Body) + Mobility Work
Wednesday: HIIT Cardio + Core Workout
Thursday: Active Recovery (Yoga or Light Walk)
Friday: Strength Training (Full Body)
Saturday: Long-Distance Cardio
Sunday: Rest or Light Activity

Strength Training

Dynamic Stretching before workouts to warm up.
